As an example, we use a six-nail pattern on all installations, when the industry standard for residential roofing contractors is a nailing pattern that is only four nails per shingle.

We install approximately one million square feet of shingle roofs annually plus handle service calls. That experience adds up to a level of reliability unmatched in the roofing industry.
Absolutely. We use local, financially strong insurance companies that are reliable and responsive should the need arise for their services. Our policy is ‘per occurance,’ which protects you into the future unlike a ‘claims made’ policy. You should ask for a Certificate of Insurance on both liability and workman’s compensation before selecting a contractor to perform work on your home.
On traditional steep-sloped residential roofs, we install GAF shingles. We use the Duro-Last single-ply membrane for flat and low–sloped roofs. We are Platinum-level contractors for Duro-Last nationwide and Master-Elite contractors for GAF in Indiana. We also install standing seam metal for customers who interested in this type of roofing system.
